“This is an update. Following my feedback, management reached out to me and apologized for my poor experience. They gave me a credit for another pizza.
We ordered a large Vegitarian Supreme this time. It was much better than the pizza I ordered a week ago. Kuddos to the management for acknowledging my disapppointment and making it right.

I wanted to take a trip down memory lane and the Pizza Hut expeience from my youth. I was greatly disappointed. I ordered from a take-away, delivery location. I ordered online from a few blocks away so that I could pick up my pizza hot. The cook took it out of the oven and tossed it on a counter. My asumption is the front counter person is supposed to handle it from there. My pizza sat for a few minutes because the front counter person was taking calls and handling walk-ins. Finally, the cook came back and boxed my pizza and handed it to me. That should have been done immediately.
The pizza was nothing like Pizza Hut pizza of the past. My pizza was dry, over-cooked and tasteless. A walk down memory lane turned into a nightmare! GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!“

“Awesome employees at night! They know me and my order. Always super cool.
Parking: Parking lot up front sucks. Full of holes. 2 front spaces for Subway and 1 is curbside and the other is handicap. So you have to park in BFE. and its wide open out there so the wind pretty much annihilates your face. The salon next door usually has most front spaces utilized.“
