“I've had five guys a few times, but never in this area. The three gentleman who were working were truly enjoying their job. They were kind and considerate and when I asked for extra pickles for my son they gave him extra pickles, like a mountain of pickles which is exactly what he loves. The food was hot it was fresh it was fantastic, but what stuck with me was there personalities and their demeanor while working. They were awesome! Ask for them to put a few fries in a bag for my daughter so that the kids didn't have to pass a bag back and forth and they said it was no problem. Just absolutely wonderful service and we will absolutely be going back.“

“I'd been interested in this place since I heard it opened. I did go on a busy Sat and I will tell you there isn't much seating available to begin with let alone for a Sat. There are some options to sit outside but I think that would be dependent on the weather. Service was nice and smooth though the employees seem friendly and were pretty easy going when I was ordering.

The food I was say was meh. The chicken is freshly made and crunchy but it lacked any kind of seasoning at all to it. It tasted like bland crunchy chicken. The sauce they provide was nice because that helped it but in an overall sense without it I'm not sure I would have finished my food. The crinkle fries it comes with are also fresh to order and lightly seasoned. And the drinks are self serve.

Overall the price was decent I think 12.95 for what you see pictured and service was pretty quick. Atmosphere was nice music playing in the background. Was a little on the crowded side but I was able to sit comfortably on my own while I ate.“

“It was quite busy when we arrived, but we were served fairly fast and didn't feel like it was a long wait. The staff was efficient and kind. The manager, Anita was great and she made sure our food was done quickly. Everything tasted great and there were lots of options for everyone to be happy.“

It was ready exactly when they said it would be, absolutely everything was accurate and fresh in the order and I was so impressed with the portion sizes, including our upgraded sides in the basket. I often find that restaurants skimp on drive thru and online orders and this was NOT the case. I will be going back to this location again and again.“

“I prefer this location as it is closer to my home. The staff are always on point. Very friendly, fast and efficient considering it's in the heart of ISU. Parking is a challenge so I need to time my visits to avoid the lunch hour rush. Other than that, it's a great place!!“

“I've been eating here late night when there's limited places to choose from and this review has been deserved long ago. Everytime I've ordered here the food has been fresh and delicious. I believe there was a time or two my order was missing something when I got home but this happens everywhere so it's no worse then anywhere else. So Thank you to the night staff for keeping up with the above average service that's becoming harder to get these days! Awesome work!“
