Tenders were cold for second day in a row. Kitchen staff not happy about me asking for fresh ones.Lobby was at least 80 degrees but considering how dirty the air vent was lobby guess it was better the A/C wasn't on.
While I generally view Hardee's as a positive dining option, I believe there's considerable room for improvement in the restaurant's atmosphere and customer service. While I've had no issues with wait times or food quality, the staff's demeanor has been a notable concern. They often appear impatient, rushing customers and delivering service in a curt manner. As soon as we walked in we could here 2 employees one working and the other one not working yelling, cussing and gossiping about the manager firing a different employee. When we got to the counter the guy behind the counter quickly changed his demeanor and was very pleasant with us taking the order.
