As soon as we walked in we could here 2 employees one working and the other one not working yelling, cussing and gossiping about the manager firing a different employee. When we got to the counter the guy behind the counter quickly changed his demeanor and was very pleasant with us taking the order. The girl not working was extremely unprofessional and extremely loud even though she wasn't on the clock. This location doesn't get much business already and frankly listening to what we had to while trying to enjoy our dinner was ridiculous. It makes sense why they don't have business if the employees are so unprofessional.Parking: We were the only customers so other than the employees - there was plenty of parking.

Tenders were cold for second day in a row. Kitchen staff not happy about me asking for fresh ones.Lobby was at least 80 degrees but considering how dirty the air vent was lobby guess it was better the A/C wasn't on.

The people "working" on 3/9/24 at 9:30am should be written up most of them. They are yelling at each other loud enough the whole restaurant of everyone eating in keeps looking at them, they are playing around more than working. Telling each other they are gonna throw them over the counter and etc. We told the cashier what we wanted and our order took forever and was wrong. They have been very rude to customers. A door dasher came in and the lady working rudly asked which door dash u here for? The windows, tables, and floor are all filthy. Will not be returning here!

While I've had no issues with wait times or food quality, the staff's demeanor has been a notable concern. They often appear impatient, rushing customers and delivering service in a curt manner. Additionally, the restaurant's ambiance is impacted by multiple malfunctioning lights, with over half of the sign failing to illuminate at night. The lack of fixtures on the sides of the building, except under the drive-through, can create confusion about the store's operational status during nighttime.I suggest a comprehensive store remodel, long overdue by over a decade, to address these issues. Regular building maintenance, especially fixing the lighting elements, would significantly enhance the overall appearance and functionality. Moreover, a retraining initiative for the staff to prioritize friendliness and customer satisfaction would go a long way in making patrons more comfortable choosing Hardee's for their dining needs.

Ordered a famous star large combo. The fries barely filled half the large size box, the amount i would expect if ordering a medium size. They weren't in the bag, I checked. Those two on the napkin was all I got over in the bag. They were cold and soggy when I'm eating 5 minutes after ordering. Ridiculous to serve this to someone when they paid for a large and expect fresh food. Burger tasted okay but was freezing cold too. No wonder it was the only restaurant with barely any drive through traffic out of the 8-9 in that one-block radius.

I have always thought you had the best mushroom and Swiss burgers around. I was wrong, I added mushrooms to the frisco burger and that is now the best mushroom and Swiss burger!

Genuinely worst sandwich I've ever attempted to eat. Entire order reeked of fish, and the chicken tasted like fish. Hardees doesn't have fish, so why's it smell+taste like that?The mayo on top was congealed and almost completely solid, while the mayo on the bottom was normal.I took two bites before throwing it out. I eat like garbage all the time and even I couldn't eat this.
