Parking lot needs some pothokes fixed
I ordered a hot coffee, but the one they served me was cold. The chicken nuggets were only slightly warm—as if they had been sitting out for a long time. I actually had to clean the table and the bench where I sat because they were dirty; there were fries and ketchup on them.

Despite limited vegetarian options and broken equipment, it remains a kid-friendly place. Even during busy times, the staff is thorough and kind, making the overall experience enjoyable. Recently, customers noted the importance of checking food before leaving, as mistakes like a “single hamburger with shredded lettuce” instead of a “double hamburger no pickle” can happen even with mobile orders. Service has improved at this location, with some saying the dining experience has turned around and that the food is now good. While there can be long waits, the fries and pie are usually hot, and the bathrooms, despite smelling, are oddly clean. Staff are visible, including three managers, and orders placed at the self-serve kiosk are prepared, though sometimes it takes about ten minutes to receive the food.
