“DQ is pretty hit or miss. In terms of service - I have no complaints! Ive never encountered someone in the times I've went that gave me ill manners. Now, a few times I have gotten something I didnt order, but that can be expected from a fast food chain. Its pretty mediocre, but its a fast food restaurant so im not sure what else can be done to "up the anty"“
“Went while travelling back to Bentonville from chicago . It was a peaceful place. We ordered burrito, rice bowl , quesadillas , mango fiesta and coffeeNearby we have options as Walmart and Aldi from where we can grab things while travelling if required .“
“My family and I stopped in here on the way back to St. Louis. Incredibly nice and polite people working the drive through. Greated my kids with Burger King crowns! The food was great. Served hot and fast. I will for sure stop in here on our next trip. Thank you!“
“Best subway I've been to hands down. I was greeted when I walked in. The line was long, but it moved quickly. The employees were communicating with each other the entire time and worked efficiently. Food was hot and fresh. Sandwich stayed together regardless of getting all the veggies. You guys take care, I'm definitely stopping here next time I'm driving through Illinois!“
“We were running late due to car trouble so we called the restaurant to let them know. The gentleman we spoke to said he would make sure our food was still fresh when we arrived. I told them 30 minutes and sure enough, it was hot and fresh when we got there, even though we picked up almost an hour later than planned! Amazing customer service. Above and beyond expectations! His positive attitude rubbed off on everyone he came in contact with. I could tell by how he interacted with his staff he cared about them and they respected him. “Great ice cream and food choices from one of the top ice cream names around. Conveniently located, with plenty of parking. Nice basket options for the whole family. Staff is courteous and attentive. They also have ice cream cakes and pies for parties and birthdays.“
“Great and friendly service getting us through the drive thru with a footlong herbs real quick, packed veggies too. I'm not a fan of bow Subway throws chemicals on their veggies to keep them shiny and looking fresh nor the big price increases from the five dollar footlongs of days of yore. There's not much in the area so it does fine for the later evening fill-up.“

Well you need to get your facts straight before you try to give this establishment a bad review, first of your son Austin didn’t get paid, because of his own fault. The GM of this store had helped him and told him what he needed to do. So after your son was told what he needed to do, wasn’t done properly. Also just to let you know your son was let go because every time he was to work he was always late. Then on Sundays when he was to be at work at 11:00 am he never showed up until one or one thrifty in the afternoon. So maybe before you start writing bad reviews about Arby’s maybe you should get your facts straight.“
