Why is the sign still posted along central and why isn’t there a sign on the door saying they’re permanently closed. Also, why is google still showing this location active. Makes no sense.

This is the worst Jimmy John's I have ever tasted. Do not go there. Highly disappointed in the quality.The sandwich was not fresh. I have ate at many Jimmy John's and this was doesn't come close. I came in at about 5:30pm and they close at 6pm.Plenty of time to make a fresf sandwich.

I live 1.7 miles from our local JJ's. Ordered Jimmy John's because they're supposed to be fast and I had limited time to receive food before leaving house. After waiting 45 minutes, I get a call from the driver who is back at the store telling me he couldn't find my house. You don't have Google Maps? You couldn't call from your car for directions? Freaky fast my a***

I have been ordering from this store for delivery for over a year. They are 2.5 miles away. Today the manager told me the jj App said they are too far away and won't deliver to glencoe. Horrible horrible customer service.
Jimmy John's is always a favorite of mine, just be aware, don't go to this one if you're in a hurry. They were the slowest sandwich makers I'd ever seen at a Jimmy John's.

Terrible service!!!!! Guys started speaking in Spanish not knowing I understand what they were saying!! Took the guy about 2 minutes to acknowledge me and than proceeded to give me attitude!! Even started speaking Spanish about me not knowing I understood what he was saying!! This place has the worst employees so don't waste ur time and money at this place
