I'm the new assistant manager here and I'm sorry to all that have had a bad experience! The service was the fast service that everyone has come to expect from Jimmy John's. The bread was either old or over baked. It was hard and dry. Jimmy John's has raised the prices of their subs without raising the bar for the expectation of quality.

Jimmy John's is always a favorite of mine, just be aware, don't go to this one if you're in a hurry. They were the slowest sandwich makers I'd ever seen at a Jimmy John's.
