This Starbucks has a drive thru. That is its only saving grace. Other than that, they routinely screw up mobile orders (it's already happened to me twice this week) and seem genuinely annoyed when you ask for them to make the drink you actually ordered.
This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. I think I bypass 2 of them to come to this one. Customer service is always amazing and when they make a mistake they will own it and correct it. Plus... this is the only one that I can always get my cloud foam caramel coffee made perfectly. I always try to tell them they are the best and thank them for their service. Heads up... sometimes they are extremely crowded.
