Been coming here for years! If you and your family are traveling down I70 and getting hungry and tired, stop by at Blue Springs Cafe for a great food dining experience, FAMILY STYLE. And if you still have enough room in your tummy, for dessert they have delicious PIES, PIES, and more PIE! I highly recommend!

We stopped in after lunch specifically for the pies. Strawberry-rhubarb was delicious. Cherry got a thumbs up too. A tad on the pricey side but it's only a few hundred yards from the interstate. 4 pcs of pie and 2 coffees was $28.

Overall I would give it 3 1/2☆. Food was ok the foot high pies are really 5 to 6 inch (LOL). The Best thing overall is the Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie!! I am glad pies are NOT FOOT HIGH since they are 1 1/2 invh filling then rest Meringue. 10 plus inches of meringue is too much!! Not worth an hour plus drive but if I am passing by amd starving then may stop here again.

Our waitress, Chloe, was wonderful! She took very good care of us. On the other hand, my wife ordered the roast pork in the dressing was barely warm when it arrived. Apart from that, the food was very good. There was a waiter who was serving several tables in our area. That waiter was very loud, disturbingly so! We could hear him as much as five or six tables away very plainly, and I would hope that we never run into this again.

Great food, friendly staff. However, every time I come here there is an issue with their ATM.. So I ain't going to deal with headaches just so they can freaking cheat their taxes. I can't go back until the IRS pays them a visit.

We stopped here to meet family so we could help them drive back to Indianapolis. We decided to have lunch and were greeted with a hearty welcome. My brother in law is in a wheel chair and has limited vision. Our waiter was so accommodating and went out of his way to be certain questions were answered and everyone was comfortable. Our sandwiches were delicious, the cafe was immaculate right down to the blue and white checkered table cloths, and we enjoyed the hospitality. We left with two pieces of pie to enjoy that evening back in Indianapolis!
Wheelchair accessibility: Table setup easily accommodates a wheelchair. Parking lot is paved and flat for easy pushing of wheelchair. Parking lot and entrance are safe and easy to navigate.

Words cannot describe! This was just like sitting at Grandmas table and the pies are just like a Sunday potluck dinner at church! Gavin provided excellent service. Take a break and pull in for a meal you won’t be disappointed!
