Ordered through DoorDash and only received half of our order and also found several shards of plastic in my milkshake that cut the side of my tongue.

My partner and I stopped in yesterday for a couple of shakes and so my partner could use the restroom. This Dairy Queen has been recently updated! We were greeted by a very nice young man behind the counter who promptly took our order. While waiting, I began looking at all the icecream cakes. As the young man behind the counter didn't currently have any other customers to wait on, he came over and asked if I would like a tour of the their icecream cakes. In all my years of coming to Dairy Queen, I don't remember anyone ever offering to give me a tour of their icecream cakes! No sooner did I turn around to find him standing there with our shakes in hand. They were delicious!! This young man went above and beyond! He was friendly, welcoming, and assertive. In a world where kiosk ordering and non-attentive customer service seems to be becoming the norm, I am proud to give this restaurant five stars across the board! ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️

The food is ok but this has horrible service. They constantly close extremely early with no signs or notice. Pulled in at 9, someone is die saw me and then proceeded to turn off all lights like they’re closed. Happens a lot.

The food took FOREVER , the shake was gas though. The fires taste like pickles. Bread was gas. Water cup method works at this location.

These employees are very nice and kind and always have a smile on there faces and the food delivery time is very fast and the lid on my soda didn’t pop off and the BEST employee is TEAGAN DIXON and shout out to all the other employees.

everything was lazily made. i got a heath cupfection and a sauced and tosssd chicken strip for my meal. the only heath in my icecream was at the very bottom completely smothered in hot fudge and caramel( when i asked for light of both). The single strip that i got was minuscule and not in a togo container but covered with a napkin instead. The sauce was only on half of the chicken as well and everything was sticky. I was very disappointed in this dq visit

This post is because of there app I ordered and paid for my food on there app and then went there to pick it up after paying for it through the app with my card and I get to the store and they said that I owe them money still There accuse they told me is that the app has been doing that lately needless to say didn’t get my food because of it . Straight up wrong. Called the 1800 number they told me that i was the first person who called about it. The manager on duty didn’t even come out to talk to me and or apologize about it.

This is the 4th time in a row I go in pay nearly $20 for a single meal and not get what I ordered. I feel sorry for the young lady who helped me. She brought out a replacement for the order only for it too to be wrong. As she is processing the refund the crew in the back could be heard laughing at how the order was wrong and it was funny to bring it back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
