The food took FOREVER , the shake was gas though. The fires taste like pickles. Bread was gas. Water cup method works at this location.

These employees are very nice and kind and always have a smile on there faces and the food delivery time is very fast and the lid on my soda didn’t pop off and the BEST employee is TEAGAN DIXON and shout out to all the other employees.

everything was lazily made. i got a heath cupfection and a sauced and tosssd chicken strip for my meal. the only heath in my icecream was at the very bottom completely smothered in hot fudge and caramel( when i asked for light of both). The single strip that i got was minuscule and not in a togo container but covered with a napkin instead. The sauce was only on half of the chicken as well and everything was sticky. I was very disappointed in this dq visit

This post is because of there app I ordered and paid for my food on there app and then went there to pick it up after paying for it through the app with my card and I get to the store and they said that I owe them money still There accuse they told me is that the app has been doing that lately needless to say didn’t get my food because of it . Straight up wrong. Called the 1800 number they told me that i was the first person who called about it. The manager on duty didn’t even come out to talk to me and or apologize about it.

This is the 4th time in a row I go in pay nearly $20 for a single meal and not get what I ordered. I feel sorry for the young lady who helped me. She brought out a replacement for the order only for it too to be wrong. As she is processing the refund the crew in the back could be heard laughing at how the order was wrong and it was funny to bring it back. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Do not waste your money on a large cone or a large sundae. The cost difference of the medium to large cone isn’t much but is the same exact cone and same amount of ice cream. My wife and I ordered a medium and large sundae tonight and the only difference was the cup was about 1/4” taller but same amount of ice cream, close enough in size that the guy handing them to us had to set them down to verify which was large and which was medium. The worst part is we paid over a dollar more for the large. This place has the worst quantities of ice cream we have seen in a Dairy Queen. Save your money and go to City Scoops on the square!

I go to Dairy Queen in Highland for one reason. However, I went there yesterday and ordered my usual with the gooey cheese for my fries and the cheese I got was not the normal gooey cheese I’ve loved for the past 45 years. I tried to call and phone # on website isn’t a working number. Did I just get the wrong cheese or do you not carry it any longer?

Very disappointing visit. Our family was looking forward to a visit to DQ all day. We were unsure how long the store was open on a Sunday evening. We checked online hours. Listing had 10pm as closing time. Awesome! Got in the car and drove into Highland. Pulled into lot, noticed sign on door had 10pm as closing time. Walked in at 8:55 and was promptly told "we are closing." I asked about the hours on the door and was told "that's from the old DQ store" To the best of my recollection the new store has been open around a year or longer. Get it together DQ. Please do not reply to this review with the same canned email I have seen on some other reviews. It is bad enough to have a disappointing experience it is irritating to know someone is not reading your review. The idea of reviews is so businesses can know what customers are experiencing and take corrective actions. If you really care, and your business future depends on it, you with reply to this review with thoughtful consideration.
