I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but my recent experience at Hardee’s was frustrating enough that I feel like I have to speak up. I placed a simple order, and somehow Thomas managed to mess up nearly every part of it. I asked for a bacon cheeseburger with no onions — I got a plain burger with onions and no bacon. My fries were cold, my drink was wrong, and when I brought it up, Thomas acted like I was the one being difficult.
There was no apology, no offer to fix the order — just a shrug and a bad attitude. I get that mistakes happen, but the lack of basic customer service was disappointing. If you value getting what you paid for (and being treated like your business matters), I’d think twice before stopping by this location.
