I would like to express my concern regarding a recent experience at the drive-thru. A customer in a blue Ford Escape was allowed to remain in the drive-thru for an extended period (over 15 mins) while his pizza was being prepared, which caused significant delays for others waiting in line.
It may be beneficial for staff to receive additional training on how to manage situations where customers arrive early or encounter issues. A suggested practice could be directing those customers to pull forward to a designated area, where their orders can be delivered to them, thereby helping to keep the drive-thru line moving efficiently.
Unfortunately, this situation resulted in our food, as well as that of the customers behind us, not being as fresh as it should have been.
Also not sure about the boxing techniques but this pizza looks sloppy.

It’s seems to be just a bunch of stoner kids that work there. I’ve gotten the wrong pizza the past 2 times and the guy working the drive through window didn’t seem to know where he was at.

I had my hopes up so it was easy for me to be very disappointed... ordered 1 lg sausage and pepperoni and 1 large cheese pizza... crust is an awesome thing... definitely not enough sauce cheese or toppings... for $33 it would be nice if their food cost exceeded $5 and $3 respectively.... respectfully yours... we drove an extra 3 hours out of our way on the way from the east coast to Chicago.... what a shame... never again Oh... and they neglected to put the sausage on

1. Ordered and paid for a salad. After I sat down I was told that I could make my own salad at the salad bar. First time at ANY Imo's that I haven't gotten served a salad in a bowl with dressing on the side. Manager acted angry because I refused the salad bar AND her offer to make a salad for me.2. Toasted ravioli – burned. Seems to be the "Imo's way" these days.3. Ordered "mostaccioli with meat sauce" — served baked mostaccioli ("I can scrape the cheese off and put some more sauce on" — the manager. ).4. Garlic bread was ok.5. Coke was very good. It's an actual Coke machine and not a stinking, vomit flavored freestyle machine.6. Dining room was clean and neat. There was Halloween candy on the tables for the kids.This place is trying — but it needs work.
