Had a mobile order today, waited over 20+minutes after the app said our order was ready. Then, i watched one of the female workers eat, with gloved hands mind you, and continue to make food with those same gloves. The eating in the kitchen alone is a pretty hefty food safety and health code violation. And then when a worker came up to us to ask us why we were standing there, and we told her, and she went and told another worker, and then refused to talk to us again. We recieved our drinks with no ice, and the ice machine in the lobby drink dispenser is broken. When we asked for ice, a male worker quite literally put FOUR icecubws in one drink, and none in the other. The drink that had no ice was a pepsi cranberry, and he put WAYYYYY too much syrup in it. Food was good but over all, 1 star. zero stars if i could.

This is the worst restaurant in highland and probably the whole STL area always wrong food and terrible employees. I had a substitution for a meal and I'm sure by the way we received our meal they didn't appreciate it mashed potatoes and gravy with no gravy no sauces no napkins and food almost thrown in our window

Was visiting Highland for the past couple days and saw a KFC was very excited. It’s one of my favorites. Walked inside and ordered the eight piece meal replaced the wings for breast was charged extra and asked for fresh chicken. When they set my order on the counter, I even asked The same employee that took my order, if my extra breasts were in the bag along with my extra biscuits that I ordered and she said yes … I paid almost $40 for this meal That I was so excited to have, and My family and I couldn’t even eat it and out of the 8 pcs of chicken that we should’ve received, we only got 6 pcs 1 breast 3 thigh 2 leg.. The chicken and biscuit's ( like pucks) were so old we could not eat it … I tried calling the KFC a couple times just to give feedback to the manager and no one answers the phone. I really am at a loss for words, and I will never go back to that KFC ever again.

I’ve never been inside to eat, but I occasionally go thru the drive-up. There sometimes is a little bit of a wait, but not too long. I sometimes have to wait for a chicken pot pie (like 20 mins) but I don’t mind bcuz their the bomb! The place seems fairly clean from the outside. The employees have always been nice & respectful to me. My foods always been right also.
Was over charged and told that the manager on duty couldn't issue refund only regional manager could. Also had to go in to get a couple items that were forgotten and said manager looked at me and then ignored me until someone else helped me. Just ridiculous policies and customer service by manager if that is who they choose to run their business I don't see them lasting in a small area when rude people are in charge.
