I don't understand how a restaurant who is supposed to serve chicken is always out of chicken. More specifically...chicken tenders. I stopped going here because everytime I go they are out of chicken tenders. I thought I'd give it another try to see if things improved. Guess what...they were out of chicken tenders at 4:00pm. "The cook doesn't come in until 4:30. He could drop some now but I'd have to wait 20 or 25 minutes." Ridiculous.

They don't have mashed potatoes. The bathroom was dirty, the whole floor bathroom included was greasy slick, like the use the same mop in kitchen as the bathroom as the dinning area. How are you kfc but can't make instant mashed potatoes? 2.7 rating is can totally understand. If I were the owners I'd be ashamed. Won't be back.

Waited 5min to order even though there was no line. Then was asked to pull up front and waited another 10min just to have someone walk out and say they didn’t have fries. Then another 15min just to get my food a and no drink awful.

Get here at 5:30, and at 5:40 they tell me it’s a 30 minute wait on chicken. Finally left at 6:10

Had a mobile order today, waited over 20+minutes after the app said our order was ready. Then, i watched one of the female workers eat, with gloved hands mind you, and continue to make food with those same gloves. The eating in the kitchen alone is a pretty hefty food safety and health code violation. And then when a worker came up to us to ask us why we were standing there, and we told her, and she went and told another worker, and then refused to talk to us again. We recieved our drinks with no ice, and the ice machine in the lobby drink dispenser is broken. When we asked for ice, a male worker quite literally put FOUR icecubws in one drink, and none in the other. The drink that had no ice was a pepsi cranberry, and he put WAYYYYY too much syrup in it. Food was good but over all, 1 star. zero stars if i could.

This is the worst restaurant in highland and probably the whole STL area always wrong food and terrible employees. I had a substitution for a meal and I'm sure by the way we received our meal they didn't appreciate it mashed potatoes and gravy with no gravy no sauces no napkins and food almost thrown in our window

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant. Again a disappointment! They didn't even have ice for the mostly flat soda. The food was mediocre at best but at least everything we ordered was in the bag.
