Ordered door dash @10:10pm for a few small items. I’m talking a friend pickle, French fry and cheddar poppers. They accept the order and a dasher waited for my food for 20min; then they canceled the order right @10:30 and said they were closed. Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering again; I’m new to the area and set my expectations very low for what the service will be like in the future so I won’t be indulging anything else even if it’s in the middle of the day. Ordered a super sonic without ketchup and the cook purposely put only ketchup on the burger. They weren’t busy and had no excuse for such incompetence.
