If I could give them a zero I would. I ordered ahead and when I got there I put in my stall number and it said some girl was on her way with my order. I waited and she never showed so I pressed the button and they finally came out with my order but it was the wrong sandwich. I tried calling and calling and finally after calling like 15 times they answered and I told them they gave me the wrong burger and they hung up on me.

My son was just dying for a specific kids meal toy that sonic was promoting. Being special needs, that is all he talked about for days. I asked if they had them and if I could just buy the toy. They told me that paying for it was not necessary, went to the back and went through all of them to find the one he wanted and another one he did not have. Extremely thoughtful and they went out of their way when they didn’t have to and then did not want money for them. There are still great people out there. ❤️

You can only go thru drive theu to order and park and order wherr picnic tables are they are no longer a car hop you can not order food at stall...guess ita too much walking for them ...thats not a car hop restaurant...sonic is going down hill...my hisband went thru there the other day and his mewl hes been getting dor the past year went from 11.92 (and i have receipts in my phone from the bank) to 15.92?!!! Are they adding a tip for themselves for walking the food 10 steps and it took him 30 minutes to get his food...sonic has gone down hill ...

What a terrible service experience this place is. I put in a mobile order and checked in at 11:56am, waited and waited and waited, until 12:30pm when the screen times out and said my food had been dropped off and to enjoy. I had not yet received my food. I press the button and let them know I still did not get my food. They said they were going to take care of it and be right out. 15 minutes pass, I call again to check, they take the order again and say they’ll be right out. 20 more minutes pass and I press the call button again, and it’s apparently a new person who just got there and I told them I had been waiting an hour, to which he responds “well the system says you’ve only been waiting for 30 minutes so…” First of all, 30 minutes is still far too long. Second of all, your system is having errors so why even bring that up. Anyways, someone finally brings my food out, however it’s only 2/3 items I ordered and then they asked that I pay for them. AFTER I ALREADY PAID ON THE APP AND SAT THERE FOR AN HOUR. Unbelievable.

Getting service here is nothing but a painful experience. Placed a mobile order and pulled up to a stall and pressed the button. I proceeded to wait 15 mins knowing this place has a habit of long wait times. After seeing a couple cars back out of drive thru and leave i decided to go see whats going one. I stand over by walkup order boards and see three high school age staff members notice me standing there waiting. After bejng ignored repeatedly I decided to see why everyone was leaving drive thru to be greeted by a hand written not saying sorry were closed. Store closing hours are 9 and this was 8:15. Instead of a staff member coming out to tell me they are closing early for X reason and refund me my online order, i was ignored and had to call sonic customer support to get my money back. Last time I go to this Sonic in Highland.

Sad we have this restaurant and you can't get service. I sat at the drive up for 12 min and no one took my order and there were only a couple of cars at the drive up parking. 3 cars behind me left and went to other places. I left and went to DQ and was greated right away and my order was taken and within three min I was on my way back to work. Shame they can't get it right there.
ordered doordash. just two coffees, they gave the door dasher a hard time and was very rude to him. THE COFFEE TASTES EXPIRED. tasted sour and there was supposed to be extra caramel. not sweet at all. horrible horrible service please don’t go here.
Delicious food
Ordered pick up tonight. It was dark when we pulled into the parking lot and there were no outside lights on, no bay lights, overhead lights and the drive thru wasn’t lit up. The place looked closed. My order included a smash burger meal with tots, 2 cherry limeaids with an extra cherry in each, a coney and 2 chili cheese frito wraps, regular size.
Although, I was charged for the extra cherries in both drinks there was none in either drink only the lime wedges. The chili cheese frito wraps were extremely small (like a jr wrap) compared to the last time I ordered them.
The server brought out our food only saying “here you go”, doing the hand off and running off back to the restaurant.
If someone orders something they should get what they pay for. If you are no longer including the fruit in the drinks they should be removed from the menu and definitely NOT charging extra. If I order and pay for a specific menu item I shouldn’t get anything but that menu item.
It's sad they can't keep workers here. The wait times are hard but the food has always been very good and the service great.
