This restaurant ruined my day. First of all I order online and selected blue Gatorade as my drink. Shocker, they don’t have it so I don’t get a drink at all. Then I come home already bummed and open my sandwich to find that there is no ranch. My sandwich order consists of 4 items, one of which being ranch so I don’t know what kinda idiot can’t get 4 things right but they did. So thanks for nothing

really wish the company as a whole would go back to using tortilla instead of flatbread for wraps. I miss the spinach wrap, was a favorite of mine. also, I dislike the fact a salad is priced +$2 of a sandwich but it's just lettuce and/or spinach, meat, cheese and dressing. they put att that topping on a bread sandwich, but without the bread it's $2 more?

Constantly gets orders wrong…ingredients always missing. Ordered one time to see if anything would be better…nope….didnt toast the sandwich as I entered in the app and they forgot my chips. Also one time I went into the store and one of the guys working there was pissed I showed up an hour before closing time. Bunch of high school punks work there
I just went in to get a 6-in turkey on white with two cookies and a pretzel, the dark haired guy who made my sandwich did phenomenal he was extremely nice, and diligent with his work and did a great job! He is a great employee!!

They always have a problem "burning" my bacon. No matter how many times I request it or complain that they did not make the bacon crunchy, they still never do. I get argued with that they just want to make it good. Okay, well... I ordered it how I wanted it, not how you wanted it. I don't understand your side of the argument.

I have visited regularly for 4 years. The service has gotten progressively worse. The Last 3 visits finally resigned me to skipping this store going forward. I'll go to another town if I want Subway. Issues include making the wrong sandwich right in front if me, not putting the cookies I paid for into the bag, and watching their line go out the door while half of the team watches and jokes from just around the corner. It's every visit now.
