It's Subway.... Food is ok but the price is high.

They always have a problem "burning" my bacon. No matter how many times I request it or complain that they did not make the bacon crunchy, they still never do. I get argued with that they just want to make it good. Okay, well... I ordered it how I wanted it, not how you wanted it. I don't understand your side of the argument.

I have visited regularly for 4 years. The service has gotten progressively worse. The Last 3 visits finally resigned me to skipping this store going forward. I'll go to another town if I want Subway. Issues include making the wrong sandwich right in front if me, not putting the cookies I paid for into the bag, and watching their line go out the door while half of the team watches and jokes from just around the corner. It's every visit now.

Best subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve never seen a group of subway workers working so hard and so good together. They looked like a family behind the counter not just coworkers.

Tonight I ordered through the app. When I walked into the restaurant I was not greeted, just stared at, no acknowledgment other than the uncomfortable stare from across the room. One of my sandwiches was a footlong pizza sub. Got home and there was no pizza sauce or cheese on the sandwich. The sauce and cheese are main ingredients for a ‘pizza’ sub. This was just bread, pepperoni and ranch dressing. The amount of pepperoni on the full sandwich didn’t even make a normal 6 inch. I debated on even ordering from this location because of multiple incorrect orders and bad customer service. I have dined in and ordered pick up and I feel like when you order online for pick up they really don’t care if it’s correct because how the bags are sealed with so many stickers it’s a deterrent to open it up and check it.

Franchise owner has the easiest job - putting meat on the sandwiches and does this as fast as she can, backing up veggie section. Workers get annoyed/stressed because she doesn’t stop. Food line is gross because they are trying to pump out as many sandwiches as possible. By the time I get my sandwich it’s cold. Owner needs to slow down and think about the quality, cleanliness, and the way she is treating her workers. It is not great to watch.
The best Subway around the sandwiches are excellent. The employees are very friendly and good at what they do and atmosphere is clean and welcoming.

Many things in our orders are always forgotten and made incorrectly. The staff, along with the subway app, is never helpful in resolving the issue. Do not expect to get what's on or in your order a single time.

This subway is always closed. You never know when it's going to be open and it's bad business. Annoying really. Why even have a store.

they have messed up my order so many times it's hard to keep count. is it that hard to put the pickles in the correct sandwich or pick the correct bread from my online order?
