The food sucks and has never been good. i’ve always thought about writing a review but didn’t think it was worth it or necessary, but i’m pretty fed up. everything but one item i ordered was wrong, others just missing. when i went back inside to get it fixed, they said they didn’t serve nacho fries or a beef stacker (which is literally just beef, cheese, and tortilla and i’ve been getting it for years often cold) which is just totally bs. i said “two large nacho fries” so many times and not once was it mentioned that they “don’t serve those here” and if that was the case then tell me that before i pay for it. And now there is nothing i want and have no reason to come back here. this place sucks, the food sucks, and some (not all) of the people are rude. Shoutout to the ginger guy who always takes my order at the counter, he’s really nice and is really good at his job and deserves a raise or sum.

No questions asked the worst fast food restaurant in existence. I wish I could add video to this as the employee was “talking” with someone blocking the drive thru and even after laying on the horn no one cared to move. This place is consistently sub par. Avoid at all cost.

Workers didn't acknowledge us when at register. Cook was scratching his face without gloves on. Workers seemed high anf just didn't care about costumers who were waiting to order.
Edit: I ordered doordash for me and my fiance and they canceled the order. There was nothing wrong with our order just a couple tacos and nachos and they canceled it because they were to lazy to actually make the food.

Went through the drive thru tonight (1/11/25) about 9pm. We got 2 tacos, a cheesy gordita crunch & a quesadilla. It was legitimately the best taco bell we've had in awhile, great job!

I ordered food online. When I showed up to get it, they informed me that they didn't have even half of what I ordered available. When I pulled away from the drive-thru I could hear everyone inside laughing. The place needs to be shut down.

Walked in 5 mins after opening and they told me it would be a minute. Waited 10 and another employee walks in and tells me they wouldn’t be able to take my order till 10:30. Why open at 10?

This location is the worse Taco Bell I have ever been too. I stopped going to this location because the food was always bad or they messed up the order. Today I decided to give it another chance because I was in the area. I went inside with my toddler and was waiting for someone to take my order, no one came up right away which was fine because I was looking at the menu, I saw one worker just standing there talking and talking, another worker yelled something and apologized for his language which I didn’t care I just asked if there was anyone to talk my order, he went back I was assuming to get someone, waited for another minute with the one worker still talking and no one coming to take my order, I just left.

The service was friendly and they correctly estimated my wait based on a large order. However, I don’t think they are cooking the chicken correctly. There are sides where the skin is mushy, telling me they probably need to shake the basket holding the chicken (or something else). It was most pieces. I drove the chicken straight home to eat so it wasn’t the wait and I’ve not had this issue with other places. Overall it was “ok”. Better experience than last time I went there.
Everything we got from the taco bell side was stale and gross. Chulupa shells were stale and crusty, lettuce tasted dirty. Crunch wrap had most of the meat and cheese clumped on one side, mostly tasted like peanuts and dirt, shell tasted expired. Considering Taco Bell is one of the lowest quality places you can go to, you guys really outdid yourselves in lowering your standards. I've worked the job before, it's not difficult, especially when i was the only customer at the time. Prep your food properly.

Ordered at the drive through. Quality of food has been going down and price has gone sky high. Today we ordered combo of beefy burrito and taco. The taco shell was rancid, tasted awful, couldn't eat it! Makes you wonder what else is rotten in that place. It's a shame because we have ordered there for years. I won't be going back.
