I ordered food online. When I showed up to get it, they informed me that they didn't have even half of what I ordered available. When I pulled away from the drive-thru I could hear everyone inside laughing. The place needs to be shut down.

Food was a little ehh. But you have two restaurants under one roof, so it was nice to get a famous bowl and a burrito. Customer service was good. And it was pretty quite inside

Walked in 5 mins after opening and they told me it would be a minute. Waited 10 and another employee walks in and tells me they wouldn’t be able to take my order till 10:30. Why open at 10?

This location is the worse Taco Bell I have ever been too. I stopped going to this location because the food was always bad or they messed up the order. Today I decided to give it another chance because I was in the area. I went inside with my toddler and was waiting for someone to take my order, no one came up right away which was fine because I was looking at the menu, I saw one worker just standing there talking and talking, another worker yelled something and apologized for his language which I didn’t care I just asked if there was anyone to talk my order, he went back I was assuming to get someone, waited for another minute with the one worker still talking and no one coming to take my order, I just left.

The service was friendly and they correctly estimated my wait based on a large order. However, I don’t think they are cooking the chicken correctly. There are sides where the skin is mushy, telling me they probably need to shake the basket holding the chicken (or something else). It was most pieces. I drove the chicken straight home to eat so it wasn’t the wait and I’ve not had this issue with other places. Overall it was “ok”. Better experience than last time I went there.

Everything we got from the taco bell side was stale and gross. Chulupa shells were stale and crusty, lettuce tasted dirty. Crunch wrap had most of the meat and cheese clumped on one side, mostly tasted like peanuts and dirt, shell tasted expired. Considering Taco Bell is one of the lowest quality places you can go to, you guys really outdid yourselves in lowering your standards.
I've worked the job before, it's not difficult, especially when i was the only customer at the time. Prep your food properly.

Ordered at the drive through. Quality of food has been going down and price has gone sky high. Today we ordered combo of beefy burrito and taco. The taco shell was rancid, tasted awful, couldn't eat it! Makes you wonder what else is rotten in that place. It's a shame because we have ordered there for years. I won't be going back.

Honestly don’t know why we continue to go back to this establishment, the service is so bad. Every time we go there it feels like we are burdening the workers by ordering. The food is always below average, we keep trying to give them another chance and it’s the same thing every time. Please get someone in there who gives a shit.
Pulled up today to the employees outside talking to friends by their car. As I pulled up to order I saw the employee walk inside to take my order. I wanted a cheese quesadilla, to which the employee said they couldn’t make anything grilled right now because they’re waiting on a grill from another location. Okay, whatever. So I notice a sign displayed near the drive thru promoting a new dragonfruit slush with it being $1 during happy hour between 2-5 every day, and it was 4:57, so I asked for one. The employee said they are actually waiting for the other flavors to run out before they start serving dragonfruit. Okay, so why tf is the sign up then? Whatever, I get a baja blast flavored slush, and am told it’s almost $4. I said it should be $1 for happy hour, to which the employee said their location doesn’t honor happy hour because they don’t have regular size cups, only larges. WHAT LOL. When there’s literally happy hour promotions all over the menu and displays. This experience was so mind boggling and disappointing, but after reading some of the other recent reviews I will say it’s probably a good thing I didn’t get food from here. Blessing in disguise I guess. Sad.
