Mojo's Vinyl Bar is a really unique place with great atmosphere and is a great addition to Highwood. It is a comfortable lounge, like chilling at home in the family room, with a wall of vinyl that you can select from and have the proprietor play for you. This is a really cool idea and offers a type of nostalgia. The vinyl album selection is amazing, with all types of genre of music and there has to be over 40k in the building. There is a tiny bar at the front selling water, sodas, and alcohol. The drink menu is limited but there is definitely something for everyone. There is no food available, but you are allowed to bring in your own. The spot offers board games, playing cards, and party games to make the time there more enjoyable with fun games, great music, and good vibes. There is a small private room to set up food, host a meeting, or have small gatherings. They do offer different events in the main room, like karaoke, and it is a great neighborhood spot for regulars and newcomers alike. It is a vibe and definitely worth a drive to check out, have a cocktail, and enjoy your favorite music in the rich sound of good ole vinyl.
