Enjoyable visit - I am so glad that there is another tapas restaurant nearby, and a good one at that! Entering the small restaurant, it feels a bit awkward. One waiter (?) came to greet people but we were all on the step leading into the door/threshold, and it was strange. I'd suggest greeting guests once they actually enter, because no one knew if they should walk in or not, the way it was (not) set up. I've been here three times since Tapas del Lago opened and I had a good experience 2/3 times. The first two times I came, my waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. He was so fun and would share all the recommendations with patience. This week when I went again, I got a different waiter which I was kind of disappointed about since I had the same waiter the first two times but I decided to give this waiter a chance since he seemed new. A group of us went here last night. It was fantastic in every way. From the moment we walked in it felt like we were in Spain- from the greeting by the waiters when we walked in, to the music, the wine bottles on the wall .... And most of all... THE FOOD!!!
