Toad Stool is a good pub, not my favorite, but it has to compete with so many Highwood establishments I’m sure it’s difficult to stand out. They have a nice long bar and a huge outdoor area / lot, with live music from time to time. Never had the food, service is friendly. Would recommend as a good starter bar.
Great BAR, period. Beer, good drinks, great shots and for fun, there is no other place in Highwood.
The outside is great during the summertime for bands; always lively. Come to the bar and enjoy a good experience.

This pub is like a classic Irish pub experience with a nice outdoor area and live music on most summer days. However, there was no menu nor drink list price available, so it made ordering drinks a bit challenging, while there's a menu for only food. The area is enjoyable, BUT the prices are on the higher side, with small beers served in plastic cups costing $7 and small well drinks priced at $10.
