“After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“I've been wanting to try this place for a long time since I drive pass it often. Today me and my husband tried it the first time for lunch. Very very good. My husband is very particular when it comes to Asian food since he is Asian himself and has his spots in the city we visit. We ordered a few things to share and try. The portions are very generous and we ordered too much as usual but we wanted to try several things. We had the shrimp soup in coconut milk and veggies ( I can't remember the name). Very good. I would come back for that. Also we had the Papaya salad. To me, this was the only thing I probably wouldn't order again. It wasn't bad, but I prefer my husbands which is hotter and a few more things in it. Then we ordered a chicken skewer with a peanut curry sauce. This was great. Very tender and the sauce omg . I asked the server if he could bring a tiny little bowl with some pho broth to taste it. My husband is a pain in the butt about his pho in the suburbs. He approved of it. That's a complement to them then haha. I ordered the drunken noodles with shrimp Thai spice level. And omg yesss! So good. I can't wait to take my older son here, he will love it. My husband got the glass noodles with crispy duck. It was so darn good and the duck was perfect. Soft, crispy but not oily. We also had Thai tea. Very good. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu.“

“Loved Lima Fresca! We went on a Fri early eve and we’re able to get a table by the outside. The hostess was extremely nice and cheerful. Food was excellent and very reasonable! We had the chicken tinga quesadilla and some tacos, lots of quality meat in the menu items. Margaritas are small for the price. We are definitely going back soon!!!“

“I think this place is awesome! The food here is honestly good and all the pasta and options they have are always fresh and have amazing flavor. The service is good because he employees are nice and respectful but something I don’t like is how long it takes for the food to be ready, but it’s all worth the wait at the end. The atmosphere here is just normal and nothing stands out to much.

“Not only was the food PHENOMENAL, but the service was truly unmatched! There was a handicapped gentlemen that came in after my husband and myself so they asked if we could move to a booth for easier seating for the gentleman’s wheel chair. We of course moved. Not only did they ask so nicely, the manager Crystal, comped some of our items! She was so friendly and super professional! Our server Heather was also the best waitress we’ve had in a long long time! She was timely, efficient, and very accommodating! “I was on a soft diet for that diet and I thought of Olive Garden. I place a take out order because i had just left the hospital. I got there they was closed. I was willing to wait and i am glad i did. The food was great, Customer service meet my expectation. Branden was very friendly and professional. He is an asset to the company. And one of the best BBQ sauces I love.
The rip tips are great.
The ribs are great.
The pulled pork is great.
I love the garlic bread wiith there home BBQ sauce on it.
They use teal.oak wood for the pit to smoke the meat.
I have been going there for 15 years or 16 yesrs, always happy there.
Looks great on the outside and lots of kool antiques decorating the inside.
Go try it, you will love it.
