I have always loved a Lou's deep dish, but the Hoffman location is particularly exceptional. Their staff are incredible, friendly and helpful, their drivers are fast and efficient, and the food always arrives piping hot and ready to eat. 10/10 recommend, make sure you get the buttercrust and an order of buffalou wings.

5 stars: There was a delivery issue with my wife's order via some delivery app. We called to let them know we didn't receive the order. They were professional. They were understanding. The were prompt. They didn't give excuses and they didn't try and pass off the responsibility. The manager on duty, and the staff did a great job. Outstanding.

I want to give this spot 5 stars, but I just can't. I figured there would be growing pains when they opened, but it's been a few years now. They constantly fail to cut the pizza even when I call the manager to request it on my order. They can't follow the most basic of directions.I called in an order because their app doesn't work, and the kid on the phone told me they can't redeem rewards points on the phone.
