We went for lunch take out. The food was delivered fast & was so surprisingly tasty we went back for dinner. Nicely decorated restaurant. We ordered the chicken shawarma, Mediterranean salad, hummus & the olives' appetizer.
I absolutely love Mediterranean restaurants, so when I saw this was near my hotel, I stopped in for dinner. Their menu is loaded with all the popular items (kabobs, shawarmas, etc), so chose their chicken shawarma bowl. The lady helping ring me up explained how it was made and that sounded great, which was the garlic sauce (sort of like toom) was on the bottom with the rice on top, salad next and then the protein on top. Every time I come in I want to love this place, I really do. My sister LOVES this place and always gets the beef shawarma wrap combo. The rest of my family and I have mixed feelings about the flavor. It’s very hit or miss. Today, for example, the beef & chicken shawarma were really good & had flavor (albeit the beef was on the dry end). Other times in the past though, we’ve been shocked at how bland the meat is. Rice is also average.
