A HUGE HUGE shout out to Evan at the Jimmy John's location at 4593 W. Higgins Rd in Hoffman Estates, IL. I was picking up a few things in the shopping center at around 10:15 this morning. I decided to run in to pick up a sandwich for lunch. Evan not only greeted me, but excused himself for not being prepared because the location did not open until 11:00 am. He was SO friendly, accommodating and told me he always opens up the door early for his customers. Unbelievably GREAT...read full review
Wonderful staff working here on 3/22/2026. Very polite. Service was quick. They forgot to cut my sandwich in half. Without hesitation the guy who was making sandwiches, who now was wiping down the tables, quickly said no problem. He put down his stuff, washed and dried his hands, put on gloves, and cut my sandwich. Made my day seeing good customer service.
