I stopped going to Jimmy John's for this specific reason and made the mistake of giving the Homer Glen location another chance. Did an online order only for the order to be WRONG. The extra bacon I paid for is not on my sandwich. when I go back to get it, no one apology. Remake my sandwich to miss half the ingredients that were on there orginally.
