“I always love coming here & frequently do when I want a good hearty meal or bringing friends. We are always kindly greeted & welcomed when arriving. It smells wonderful & makes us more hungry! We are served a cup of soup (gratis) with every meal including breakfast (their soups are delicious). The staff is friendly & always accommodating. Our food is served hot in generous proportions & for the price (very reasonable compared to other restaurants of this kind), it can’t be beat. Greek owned, the hospitality & food is reflective of the Greek Culture, representing pride, family, community, friendship, kindness & duty of service that is offered to their guests. “First time Golden Bear in Lansing. The food and service was great. However, when I checked my bank account I was charged $9.98 more then the amount on the receipt I received from the register. When I went back the manager was very nice & helpful. She refunded the $. The restaurant receipt had the same amount. I pulled up my bank account & showed her the amount from my bank. We both thought it was so strange! Maybe the register malfunctioned? Again the manager was awesome!“

“Went here for a Sunday brunch with my best friend and I must say, AMAZING!!!!
The French toast was just like the picture, fresh berries and whipped cream made so light and fluffy, with a strawberry ganache filling. TO DIE FOR!!!!
The bacon was perfect and my server Gloria was so attentive and her humor made me smile after I told her that everything was horrible. It’s so delicious!!!

“Another great experience of eating near Country Club Hills, IL. Much of Chicago includes a thriving, vibrant Mexican community. It appears this restaurant has a beautiful family vibe. The atmosphere was comfortable. The building was spacious with plenty of parking and plenty of seats, mostly booths. The staff was warm and inviting. The food featured a variety of comfortable hospitality; sandwiches, soups and great desserts. I had a breakfast dish with great eggs. I loved the attentive service. “Thank you guys for taking time out to read my latest review as I always say before I start my reviews everyone has their own experience I am just sharing my own experience with you so I decided to dine in at The Original Pancake House in Oak Forest I have many times visited the location in in Hyde Park can I have been frequently coming to this location for almost a year now whenever I am in the neighborhood I'm making my business to stop in prioritize myself and give me perfect time to reset and have some me time so let's get into the review I would say this location gets 10 stars from me I have come here to this location a number of times and one of the things I would like to mention is the whole entire staff delivers world class service I have never seen them have a off day no matter what race no matter if it's a man or a woman they are the best at making a customer feel like they're one of the family one thing I do like is that they remember that regulars by name you are greeted by the hostess with a friendly hello and how was your day what the owner has done is capture the authenticity of what it feels like to be at a establishment I receive top-notch service I can see why they have been in business for decades the food is always cooked to Perfection so many options to choose from I always get the chicken sausage pigs in a blanket I get the chicken sausage instead of the pork sausage and I do not get any whipped cream or powder how long do pigs in a blanket they are just wrapped up I also love the fact that there juices are freshly squeezed I am a fan of the grapefruit juice I can't lie play scrambled eggs are always on the point and I'll always make one of my family members told me that if you enjoy the food and the service and I like to take time out to recognize great service and recommending others to the establishment. Always families eating and enjoying themselves. Our waitress named was Jamie. She was a sweetheart. Very attentive and a very sweet spirit.
