Ordered two burrito bowls and one burrito on 10/6 at 7:23pm. Order # 104. The rice in all 3 entrees was a mixture of cooked rice and completely uncooked grains of rice which are not edible. Disgusting.
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!
Placed an online order and of course we arrive and it’s not ready. Woman asked for our confirmation for our order like she didn’t believe we ordered it. Never have I ever been asked to show my confirmation for my order. This Chipotle location is a nightmare. Always dirty and slow service. We’ll be going to the Highland location from now on.
