Very disappointed with this experience. I ordered my food ahead of time through the app, thinking it would make things quicker and easier. Instead, I showed up and ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my order.

This potbelly location always has my mobile order ready for me at the window. Staff is always friendly and I never have issues with my order being incorrect!
