Never fast service. Over priced slop! Cant even open on time. Terrible experience guaranteed every time
I am totally aware of the staffing shortages. With that said I understand slower service but when an employee is standing near the window where you pay in the drive thru eating french fries I think it is rude and unsanitary. I understand people get breaks but not standing between the window and the cooks in back, nasty! can't ever get your order right without double checking it every time and even then its a chore to get it fixed if you catch it right away. Paid for double filet o fish and get a single. Have to pull around to wait on fries or hash browns and when they bring out the item you were waiting on is cold. this is definitely a management issue because I'm sure they get daily compliments about their service and nothing changes. most, if not all of the mcdonalds in vermilion county...read full review
