“I ordered a 6 pack of ice cream cupcakes for my daughters 7th birthday. I cannot recommend doing this enough! We went with the classic chocolate and vanilla cupcake. She had a Bluey theme birthday but I didnt want a ton of frosting and dye. The staff did a phenomenal job! They made delicate, little blue and orange frosting "flowers" around the edge. or as the kids said "its a fairy ring" iykyk!”

“Id like to take a moment and talk about my visit that i had on oct 5th about 5pm with this location. Katie i believe was her name, was my server. In fact the only server in the restaurant. I walked in and could tell she was over whelmed but also had everything under control. The order ahead of me was very large, i thin i saw her make them 7 or 8 footlongs and then i saw she had about 4 online orders needed to be made after that. She sincerely apologized multiple times to me about my wait but as someone who worked and managed my own fast food chain for 5+ years, i got it and told her she was doing an amazing job and that i just felt bad. For 1, security purposes she shouldnt have been alone. Yes, theres cameras but cameras dont stop bad people from doing bad things. She looked no older than 20 maybe 21 & she was tiny. There shouldve been one or two other people with her there specially at dinner time. But like i said, i ran my own resturant for 5+ years so i understand the entire labor control thing but at the end of the day the security and safty comes first but also the customers emotions about having to wait for over 10 mins. let alone those online orders who waited even longer. When people order online its usually because they think it will take a shorter amount of time, in Katie's case it was the opposite since she was alone. I hope she gets paid the right amount to run that by herself because if shes not, then she deserves a pay raise. she was absolutely amazing and i will definitely be coming back to this location, i hope shes there when i do.
