We ordered 6 sandwich’s and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didn’t include the tip, its stated driver doesn’t get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5....

Our order was incorrect and when I called the restaurant they offered to deliver the correct sandwich to us even though we’re outside their delivery area. 13 minutes later the new order arrived and they even threw in a cookie. The manager Brandon was so kind and apologetic. Thank you Jimmy John’s!

We went through the drive through.. I was so disappointed.. my sandwich was the Italian..we asked for no onion..tomatoes or mayo... we got mayo... and no Balsamic vinegarette.. paid $26 for 2 meals..and my sandwich wasn't even right!
