“Sharon, the store manager, along with her associates greeted me this morning with warm smiles and conversation. I had questioned my drinks ingredients (thought it was missing something), and they remade it quickly and it was perfect.
I also had mentioned that I know of a manager from a store in another state and a wonderful conversation was had. They were all supporting her from 1000 miles away, wishing her luck and success in her store, and had wonderful compliments. It's nice to see a corporation that supports across the globe. Proud to say my local Starbucks is so professional, encouraging and friendly! 😊“
“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“
