Starbucks in Huntley

“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

“As a former Starbucks manager, I’ve created my own nightmare drink (I call it a Susaccino). I wouldn’t want to have to make it myself, haha!
So I’ve simplified the ordering process by writing the directions in the EXACT order of how the original recipe is made along with my additions/changes.
I’ve been charged anywhere between $7.00 to almost $16.00 for this drink. I’ve had baristas throw blender pitchers in the sink because they followed the printed sticker from the register instead of my written recipe.
Anyway, i just moved here from Chicago and I found this Starbucks in Huntley (Hwy 47) and handed the barista my recipe. Not only did she make the “moment “right”, she actually made the drink herself! Best of all, it was EXACTLY the way I would have made it. Delicious!
Wish I had gotten her name but if she reads this, she might remember either me or my drink. Kudos to her and all the other baristas??“
