“I like your coffee. And it is the nearest Starbucks to my job. Before job I wanted to buy cappuccino, came 20 min to 7:00 pm. Barista said with machine done can make espresso and any hot drinks. It is easy to wash the pitcher and steamer. I went out without coffee.“

The young lady at the window her name is Nicki was so kind and thoughtful, she asked about my day, listened when I mentioned my daughter, and was just genuinely sweet.
