“Staff is rude and insulting. Poorest customer service. Accept no responsibility for their behavior and mistakes. Instead of apologizing for making your drink wrong and requiring you to drive back there, they tell you well it wasn’t like it was on purpose. Then proceeded to lecture you. Amber especially is rude and slams the window shut in your face at the drive-through. Says if we get your drinks so often, go to a different Starbucks. I wasn’t even pissed off until I left after the return .“
“Always loved this Starbucks - great little outdoor patio area for the pleasant summer/spring days. I also liked the convenience of this one for their drive thru on my way to I-90 from Randall Road. If I had a flight from Ohare, I'd zip here at the Drive thru and usually don't have to wait more than 5 mins even with cars in front of me. It does get busy in those morning - 6:30 AM to 9AM time slots. But they do their best to get cars through.“
“Maddie from Store #2626 on E. Algonquin helped me when my local Starbucks in another town would not help my mother replace the gift card she got after she accidentally washed it. The other locations told me to call customer support and they said no the store level employees should be able to do that. Thankfully Maddie and her team of excellent baristas love their store and helped my Mother considerably since there was a hefty amount left on the card. Thank you for helping Maddie and most importantly thanks for the best vibes Starbucks I’ve ever gone to! Was a chill space when we came back to celebrate the card working again!“
