Starbucks in Carpentersville

“The staff is super friendly and helpful, they hooked me up with a new favorite drink. I’ve spent hours here studying recently and it’s a great environment, friendly and well designed. This feels much more like a friendly neighborhood coffee shop than a large chain. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks locations but this is the first one that’s seemed worthy of a review.“

“The employee working there Alexa was SUPER NICE!!! She not only was patient when my freinds and I were ordering our drinks but was also helpful with what we were looking for. We dropped our drinks in the parking lot and came back in (clearly covered in our drinks we just ordered). She was the most understanding person getting the same drink order out asap. Her friendly demeanor made us feel less embarrassed. One of nicest starbucks experiences!“
