Without calling ahead, 12 of us stopped in after a funeral at their diner, The Locomotive Express. They were very kind to accommodate us. The food was fabulous. Service was great!!!! We’ll definitely be returning

Love love the chicken livers. If you want fresh and homemade food this is the place!! Edited..Omg! Hubs said do Whistle Stop for supper. I ordered the chicken livers, mac n cheese, cheeseburger, onion straws and zucchini!! Everything is delicious!! We do not eat out alot so when Hubs says it's good then it is! ( Hubs is a awesome cook) There is enogh for 2 meals each!!

Ok… whats waaaay better than Red Lobster’s Shrimp Scampi??!!! The Whistle Stop!! Im so serious.. so much better than Red Lobster!! Beautiful presentation- lots of shrimp, seasonings are perfected, taste— AMAZING!! If youve not tried this dish & think no one could out do Lobster.. I compell you to try this!! Unbelievably goodness right close to home!! 👏👏👏🦐🍤😋😋😋❤️
