“Our favorite restaurant in Carbondale IL. My wife and I have been coming here for years. We heard they had new ownership so we were a bit concerned but the food was better than ever. Two Chicken Mogulghul and two cans of Vimto. Simple and delicious. Thanks Aban kitchen for always being there for us and having great food :) and a cozy atmosphere.”

“so just want to say I recommend this small business to anyone who likes great coffee awesome service and kind people.its places like this little coffee shop that give the normal everyday hard working person hope.in the way that still in America we can start a business that provides service for others and be successful in doing so.i will continue to go here as long as they are in business.just as an example of the kind of service you get from the wonderful ladies here I bought 2 coffees frozen and they were super nice but on my walk home which is probably 100 yards away the holder they gave me broke and my drinks crashed to the ground almost in slow motion lol well I called them immediately and told the young lady what had happened and her response was kindness she said im sorry and she would be more than happy to make me new ones at no cost and had them almost waiting for me when I came back.5 stars Starbucks eat your heart out you got nothing on pennys thank you guys oh and while I'm ranting anyone who knows knows but for those who do not go there and try the breakfast casserole its really really really good omg and if they ever put bacon in it ill probably buy at least 3 orders daily really good go get you some you won't regret it ok thats all”

“Last night was our first visit and it was amazing! The fries were cooked and seasoned to perfection. The French dip had the perfect crusted bun yet soft with great flavor. My son had his favorite beverage made to perfection.”

“We had a great meal here—the food was definitely the highlight. Everything we ordered was flavorful and well-prepared. That said, we did have to wait a bit to be seated, and the restaurant was really busy, so the service felt a bit slow and scattered at times. It’s understandable given how packed they were, but it did impact the overall experience slightly. Still, if you're not in a rush and want a tasty meal, it's worth a visit.”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Kyle, manager at Quatro’s for his excellent customer service! He went above and beyond rectifying a couple of mishaps that I experienced with Q’s. My family have been ordering their pizza for years and I didn’t really want to start going somewhere else due to some problems with ordering etc, but kyle immediately called me (without me asking him to) and offered up a solution. Kudos to him especially when a lot of other restaurants would have just shrugged it off. Than u!!!”

“Excellent food and atmosphere. We ordered a sea bass , a prime rib and some appetizers. Steak lollipops , pheasant civet were very tasty. We got a tiramisu as a birthday cake, however we had our own cake with us. Blake took excellent care of us , he arranged a knife and water to slice the cake, extra plates.
We were looking for a fine dining in Carbondale, it wasn’t easy but we got a last minute reservation. As Chicagoans we are little spoiled with good places to eat, and Ruthie’s Steak & Seafood was a great place to go.
The restaurant is very nice so rather is better to overdress than underdress. Our waiter was very elegant. Thank you Blake for the wonderful service.”

“My husband and I finally tried India Delight's buffet style dine in this evening. Everything was delicious! I can be picky about veggies, but everything was cooked just right and savory. We tried a little bit of everything, and all of the flavors were different but complimented each other well. The garlic naan was soft and pillowy on the inside, with a slight crispness to the top. The vegetable samosa with tamarind chutney was lovely, with a nice flaky shell, and a filling that was both hearty and light, with a hint of lemon citrus, a great pairing with the chutney. The mango pudding was divine. It was creamy, light, sweet, but not too sweet, and the crushed pistachios sprinkled on top added a nice finish. It was easily the best pudding I've ever had. The owners are wonderful, and you can taste the love and pride they put into their food. We will definitely be back and encourage others to check them out.”
