One of the Worst Dining Experiences I've Ever Had

We came to this restaurant hoping for a nice meal, but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. There was only one staff member there, and he spent most of the time hanging out at the bar instead of attending to customers. It took him about 10 minutes just to come to our table.

We ordered simple dishes—pasta with butter and a pizza with prosciutto. Instead, we were charged for pasta with meatballs, and the pizza had absolutely nothing on it. No prosciutto, no flavor, nothing.

The service was terrible throughout. When we tried the pizza, we had one slice and couldn’t eat any more because it was that bad. Instead of addressing our concerns, the guy just laughed at us and still charged us for everything.

We left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I love coming here as the food is always great. Lorenzo is a blast and is a great server but every time we come here he is running the place on his own. Service and overall experience would be 5 stars if he had some extra hands to help!

My son and I stopped through in the evening about 2 weeks ago. We were greeted immediately by Maria. She was very attentive and offered suggestions from the menu. We ordered a few beers while looking through the menu and trying to decide. We had the fried calamari with the lemon sauce and red pepper flakes as an appetizer. It was very good and plenty for 2 of us. For our entrees, I ordered the Tortellini Paesano. Also very good with a good portion size. My son ordered the breaded steak sandwich with fries. It was a good size sandwich that he liked a lot. We skipped dessert because we were pretty full. Based on the great service by Maria (despite being spread thin), quality of the food, clean establishment and nice atmosphere, we will be back!

😃Great atmosphere. great local hangout. great food. Great, personable bartender. Good suggestions about specials and food choices. Bartender Maria is the reason I go back. Management should provide additional help and training. for the servers/bartenders. Maria is the only bartender / server for the entire bar and restaurant. Too much for one person. Would like to know what documented training is provided for their Audio /Visual systems, and other expectations. Not all A/V/ systems are the same. Comments are negative about which TV stations should be assigned. That is Management's responsibility to train. Management is at fault. I love this restaurant if it is run the way it should.

The menu may be the same, but the quality has noticeably declined. We ordered the fried raviolis which were decent but the pizza was disgusting. It was the same quality as a frozen pizza in my opinion. (It used to be amazing before the ownership of this place changed hands).
We were 2 of 4 people in there and the service was slow. (Everytime I’ve come in here it’s always like this, only about 4 people MAX in here).
When we asked the bartender to put a sports game on (at a sports bar…), she couldn’t figure it out, then she handed us the remote and said “I’m just a girl, I don’t know what I’m doing”.
I don’t recommend coming back here.
