“I totally enjoy the skill of all the wait staff, their ability to inform, enjoy conversation, and do the run down on what the band is like. Owners Tom & Karen are gregarious, fun, interesting people and provide GREAT talented local musicians. The music scene in Wauconda, Illinois is 10 out of ten...bar hopping encouraged. French Martini with Chambourg, an 11 and one drink, my limit...usually. Dancing...FUN! Especially when Karen agrees. Lol. And occasionally, or perhaps too often singing back up to Motown song fulfills my fantasy to be a Temptation, a Top, Little Stevie Wonder, or Marvin Gaye & Tammy Terrell. And yes, the Jackson 5. But there's no mountain higher than backup to a Supremes song, except for a Diana song, or Tina is Simply The Best! But Diana's he PEAK, & so is STRAWBERRY MOON. CHECK IT OUT. “We love Steve's! Steve and Rita are the best, and so is the bartender Liz! It's one of our favorite places to hang out and play some darts. The backyard in the summer is beautiful, your surrounded by flowers, with a beautiful wooden swing and volleyball court. Definitely should check it out.“

“Just a note for any Google personnel reading this. I did not stop at this bar, and have no clue where it even is located. Sono idea why Google wants me to rate an establishment I have never visited. Very strange. Your system needs work.I'd give the review one star over Google screwing up. But that's not fair to the bar. 5 stars simply because their rating shouldn't suffer over Google maps being stupid. If this is a Google AI test, it failed miserably.“

“You know growing up i loved watching the TV Show 'Cheers'. The theme song says something about 'a place where everyone knows your name'... well that describes Bliss Wine Lounge for sure. No, they aren't a big bar like in Cheers, they are a local wine bar with a wide variety of wines for every budget. And the owner, Alex takes the time to connect with each of the patrons and quick to make a recommendation of a wine you will like. It's not fancy but you will feel welcome for sure. They will have live music from time to time and if you join the Wine Club you will get to experience a variety of unique wines that you wont find at the big wine stores. My wife and I love this place.“

The staff especially Max was such a great help in making sure the place was set up to our liking. We had so many people say how nice the place was and they never knew it was there. This is a family of different personalities- 6 gaming machines-- Friday night pool games- yes we may be "ran down" compared to some but we make up for our cosmetic shortcomings with spicy and unique bartenders and regulars! I ask you to just give the Tap-less a chance! Come in on Mondays for 1$ domestic cans 11a- 11p (open until 1am on mondays) also on Fridays we have $2.50 imports open- 9pm! “Famous Chain of Lakes boat bar catering to the more adventurous and slightly wilder and more uninhibited crowd. The bar itself is basically a staging point and watering hole to have a quick drink before heading out to Blarney Island in May through September, and outside those months it's otherwise a pretty quiet routine bar. Before you go out to the island though, you really, really MUST check what's going on out there, as some of the weekend theme parties are definitely not to some people's taste, and you will either love it or hate it.“
