Amazing people with healing smile and excellent customer service. Highly higly recommended to all. Five star place and seevice. Jacky is the best!
Inconsistent I ordered a oreo cappy blast after my daughter was told a week before they stopped making thoes, and got one made for me by 2 guys working go back 2 days later and same lady tells us we don't make thoes anymore, so I was annoyed and settled for the fudge cappy blast.
Jaida is amazing! I wanted fresh coffee and she offered to make a fresh pot! Smiles from ear to ear without giving attitude because she had to do her job. Thank you Jaida.

Dunkin' is a restaurant where the staff consistently provide friendly and professional service. The employees, especially the ladies working at the counter, are always happy to help and make sure orders are well prepared. Customers appreciate the kindness and efficiency of workers like Jacky, the red-haired lady with glasses, and others who work hard even when busy or working alone. The atmosphere can vary, with older staff members being particularly friendly and helpful, while younger teenagers may not be as knowledgeable about the menu. Despite occasional issues or rude customers, the staff remain patient and go above and beyond to satisfy visitors. Overall, Dunkin' offers good service with friendly staff, making it a pleasant place to visit.
