When in need of a pick me up this is the place to go. Starbucks always hits, I switch up my order but always mindful of calories. There’s about 3 go to drinks, lately the oatmilk shaken espresso is my go to. I also do mobile order which makes it so convenient especially when you want to do a complicated order and don’t want to have to say it at the drive thru window. If the line is long I just run inside and my order is on the counter waiting for me. If you have tried their pastries and breakfast food, you must!
Only 2 stars due to being charged for extra caramel drizzle and line the cup with it but barely any caramel at all - none at all at the bottom and just a very faint amount on the sides of the cup. I left thinking maybe I would drop down in a minute but there was literally nothing. I ended up going back as I was charged 60 cents for something I didn't receive and there was no apology and not very friendly. Location also isn't that great as hard to get in and out of with a lot of traffic

One stars because they change their opening hours from 5:00 to 5:30. Slow traffic in that half hour? Lazy workers not wanting to get up early? Anyways you guys should go back to 5:00 a.m. opening hours

The pinned location (at 102 E Irving Park Rd., Itasca, IL on the map) is a former Starbucks location that has been CLOSED since 2020, which I've tried reporting to Google. However, the address shown when you click on the pin (it says "330 W Irving Park Rd., Wood Dale, IL") is a mile or so up the road from the pin, and that is a real operating Starbucks location. If that's where you want to go, put the full Wood Dale address into Google Maps to be sure you get there. If you get directions to the pin in downtown Itasca, you will find yourself in an empty parking lot.

it consistently takes more than 5 minutes to even be noticed at the counter when you walk in, my drink is always wrong at this location, and the entire staff just looks dead inside. this is not the atmosphere i want to enjoy my coffee in. i’ve heard a young woman barista talk about her vibrator in front of customers, and several of the workers talk poorly of the customers in front of them. if you want to be treated like absolute garbage, this is the place to go
