So yesterday, Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at about 0745 I went to 7brew and ordered two drinks, presented one card for payment. The chip is funny on that card, it works when it wants to. After two attempts at payment and the girl asking me for another form of payment, I tried another of my cards. Now it appears as if I’ve been charged on BOTH accounts. I just paid $28 for two drinks. I pointed it out to them that I was double charged, and they just looked at me all baffled like, and suggested I call the 800 corporate phone number. Would have been nice to at least given me the number. I guess cash is king at 7brew. Never had this problem at scooters.
***update September 23, nearly a week later and the “pending” transaction finally cleared both cards and I was reimbursed on the one. So I was charged accurately, but funds were tied up for 6 days. Moral of the story- pay cash at 7brew.

Went for the first time. Ordered what I wanted the girl even looked at what I had written down. I paid and I waited for my order 😌and to my dismay another girl brings a drink that wasnt mine but she said it was. It was something cinnamon and so sweet. I ordered Sugar Free Burnett 1 pump banana Cold Foam and caramel drizzle. I will not return. I'll stick with Scooters in Springfield.

Great place to get a jump start to your day. My favorite place to get coffee drinks whether hot or cold. Employees have been friendly and informative. The line I was in moved quickly. Of course I'll be back
