This place is great! I see problems are with door dash I have always just went in. I order online through the app and walk in to get it 15 minutes later. Good food, nice staff, clean spacious building! Definitely an asset to Jacksonville! Keep up the good work! This is my new favorite Jacksonville restaurant!
Awesome experience! Food was great, staff was friendly and helpful, and new manager went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Keep up the great work!
Very calm experience there was nobody there and I got my food within 5-10 minutes! Also I love Renee !

McAlister's Deli provides delicious food and exceptional customer service. Despite occasional mistakes with orders, the staff, led by managers like Sadie, Mark, and Scott, go above and beyond to correct issues and ensure customer satisfaction. They are apologetic, responsive, and professional, making every effort to make things right. With their attentiveness and friendliness, McAlister's Deli has earned a top spot as a favorite restaurant, serving popular items like the justaspud and big salads. The location offers a private glassed-in room for small gatherings, with great quality food and vegetarian options. The staff is accommodating, and the space is clean, making it one of the best options in town for events. The food comes out quickly and is really tasty, especially with the dressing. This is one of the bigger locations, and customers would gladly return.
