I don't know when they went belly up but the food there sucks. Even the parmesan garlic chicken wings changed. You taste good. They're pretzels suck a hamburger suck. I'm not going back

Gee thanks. That’s definitely 7 dollars worth of cheese curds. Even went back inside to ask if that was normal (pick up order) and the girl at the counter said yes. We’ll pass on bdubs in Jacksonville from now on.

It's a night and day difference between this one and the Edwardsville one. This one is clean, friendly, doesn't make you wait an hour to be seated when half the dining room is empty, the waiters did not have a pow wow in the corner and ignore customers, food was hot the way it should be, also delicious. I am so impressed, this will be my go to spot when I go to Jacksonville. Bravo to whoever is actually in charge of this establishment, whether it be the owners, manager or staff...Great job.

My family and I visited Jacksonville, il to grab some items at Home Depot we are about a 40 min drive. We decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. The place was busy! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was Jayci and she was honestly one of the best. She took care of us she made sure we always had full drinks! Was super kind. And made us feel comfortable and like we were friends. Our food was brought out quickly and correct ! I honestly was impressed with all the staff working together as a team and always had positive attitudes.

Drove an hour to do some shopping and decided to eat lunch while we were out and about. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which was a medium buffalo sauce. When the wrap arrived the chickens had no sauce and was plain. Other than that the food was good. The fried pickles were very fresh. Our waitress Kate could have been a little more observant instead of being by the window on her phone as much. My drink ran out and I was not offered a refill.

If I could give zero stars I would first off messed up my food and took two works to bring me my meal my friends wings were dryer than sandpaper and it was overall a sad experience once i finally got my food made correctly my table was almost done eating and I had lost my appetite
