My family and I visited Jacksonville, il to grab some items at Home Depot we are about a 40 min drive. We decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. The place was busy! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was Jayci and she was honestly one of the best. She took care of us she made sure we always had full drinks! Was super kind. And made us feel comfortable and like we were friends. Our food was brought out quickly and correct ! I honestly was impressed with all the staff working together as a team and always had positive attitudes.

Drove an hour to do some shopping and decided to eat lunch while we were out and about. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which was a medium buffalo sauce. When the wrap arrived the chickens had no sauce and was plain. Other than that the food was good. The fried pickles were very fresh. Our waitress Kate could have been a little more observant instead of being by the window on her phone as much. My drink ran out and I was not offered a refill.

If I could give zero stars I would first off messed up my food and took two works to bring me my meal my friends wings were dryer than sandpaper and it was overall a sad experience once i finally got my food made correctly my table was almost done eating and I had lost my appetite

Absolutely horrible. We had 5 in our party and didn't even get to eat together. The first time they brought 2 dishes out they were cold. Manager didn't seem to care at all. Never again
After going in and ordering, the lady that appeared to be a manager brought food out for two people in our party and told the table, “Yours isn’t quite done yet but I didn’t want the rest to keep sitting back there.”
Right away, we could tell our food had set out. The food was cold. Our sandwiches were good, but the rest was cold. We told our waitress and she replied with “I’m sorry about that” and walked away… When asked about taking something off our bill (because we couldn’t even eat our sides purchased), she went to ask the manager. Since they had already ran my card for payment they couldn’t do anything about it. The manager didn’t bother to come out once to check about issue.
The company needs to train their staff how to handle customer complaints and feedback… I won’t be returning. We spent way to much money for not being able to eat half of what we had…

Tried to provide food for the employees didnt get the bogo of the wings , spent over 30 min total to get them to make it right eventually was hung up on, left the food there and reported the charge to the card to be reversed they had a change to be used for our weekly ordering place will go back to pizza.
