My family and I visited Jacksonville, il to grab some items at Home Depot we are about a 40 min drive. We decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner. The place was busy! We were greeted and seated promptly. Our server was Jayci and she was honestly one of the best. She took care of us she made sure we always had full drinks! Was super kind. Drove an hour to do some shopping and decided to eat lunch while we were out and about. I ordered the Buffalo chicken wrap which was a medium buffalo sauce. When the wrap arrived the chickens had no sauce and was plain. Other than that the food was good. The fried pickles were very fresh. Our waitress Kate could have been a little more observant instead of being by the window on her phone as much. My drink ran out and I was not offered a refill.
Service was horrible. Waited forever for food and to be served. Waitress had an attitude. Others came in after us, got a different Waitress, and had their food and drinks delivered significantly faster. In fact, we had to go find a manager to see if the Waitress even put our food order in.
