Ordered the steak and shrimp and the steak was mostly gristle and like leather. I honestly tried to eat it but couldn’t do it so I asked if I could get another steak. The waitress took the steak back to the kitchen and then the waitress came back 3 or 4 times asking if I wanted the same steak cooked well done and I tried explaining that it was gristle and like leather. The waitress said she would get the manager. After waiting 10 minutes the manager came out and made a spectacle with the plate showing in front of the group and attracted the attention of the whole restaurant as if to shame me that I ate some of the steak pointing to the steak and said come on rudely and would not give me another steak that was edible. I said to her to do what you think is the right thing to do, so they gave me the bill and said you pay, we’re done, you go! In all my years I have never been treated this poorly by any business in my life. I paid them but will not be back.

We work on the road a lot and have stopped at the Jacksonville location many times.. they are friendly, food is always on point, great lunch prices.. in fact we tried a different Jacksonville restaurant this last time and we were so disappointed. Little Mexico is definitely our go to in Jacksonville
