We only stop at this location due to convenience if we are in the area. We do what we can do not patronize this particular location. Food is subpar to sonic standard for some reason. Orders are regularly incorrect or extremely slow, sometimes forgotten about, and the employees claim they will refund the order to appease you as the customer for their shotty service, BUT really just lie to you to get you gone and do not. On occasion some try to make good with a coupon, but not consistent...
We stopped by for a quick bite to go. We received our order missing an item, had to request it, and it was brought out. We got home and the missing items (onion rings) were so tough we could not eat them.
I ordered few sandwiches and some fries. My fries tasted burned up so I drove back and asked for a better one. I ended up getting the same burned fries. I now added fries as a 2nd item to my "do not order from Sonic" list. I no longer ordered their soda as I once had a large Dr.Pepper drink and I got was a cup FULL of ice and very little drink. That means no more soda or fries for me at Sonic.
