This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at the shake. I asked for a dog with just cheese and a triple steak burger with onion and mushroom. I got a plain dry dog no condiments and a triple steak with pickle and ketchup made wrong. I went to the counter to get it resolved and the cook ran his mouth. I made the mistake of not looking at my receipt before sitting down. The place was a mess and the woman working didn’t wash her hands after going to the restroom to clean and then handling my food. She gave me a dirty look like I was doing something wrong. I just ate everything anyway but I’m left with the thought of. If I’m going to pay 30 bucks for something I could make at home for far less at least have the decency to make it right and then don’t blame me for your misery. Thanks

Seems like every time I put in an order for pickup or go through the drive thru something is missing when I get home. One time it was a sandwich, sometimes it cheese sauce. This time it was an entire cheese fry. Super frustrating to get home and find something is missing so then the parent goes without. Sure, put me down for something free "next time". There won't be a next time. I'm done.
