5 employees working but had to ask for someone to come take our order. Food came & barely had fries, cheese sauce was runny & one of our plates had dried mustard on it. Took plate of food back up to counter to ask them to remake it with a clean plate & again noone was around so had to yell for someone to come help us.

Really just sucks. The menu is limited missing tons of items they used to have, and they no longer have waiters bringing you the food and refilling your drinks. What even is this dining model? It doesn't make sense. Is it like McDonald's?

Tried to walk in at 8:15 pm on Sunday night. Doors were locked. People eating inside. Hours were until 9:00 pm. Drove through drive-thru and asked why doors were locked. Manager said they were short-handed, but would take order at drive-thru. Bull!! Seemed to me they were just trying to close up early. Lost my business.
Pretty sad to see that they got rid of the waitresses. Now it's just like a basic driving with high prices. Sad

Went through the drive through to order food and sat there forever with no answer, so we went and pulled around to the window and they are crawling around on the floor to try and avoid customers, they finally came to the the window and preceded to tell us that they are closed because they didn’t have anyone for an hour. They should have just been straight forward about it instead of crawling around on the floor and one of them tried to say she was the manager!

The quality has gone down hill and the management allows workers to do un sanitary practice right in front of them and they say nothing burger board is more of a steak n shake now they are getting my business for now on
