My friend, Alyssa Furling, is the franchise owner of Subway Fresh Fit Subs in Williamsville, Springfield, and Jacksonville, Illinois. Her stores are always clean, the ingredients are always fresh and the sandwiches/salads are so delicious. Alyssa is certified to teach food handling safety classes, so of course, her employees have received that important certification. All Fresh and Fit Subway stores are not equal - its the owners and employees who make the stores special - and Alyssa's are going to give you the delicious subs you're accustomed to receiving.

This is probably one of the best subways I've ever gone to, the building is always clean the food always tastes fresh and the staff members treat you like family. I come in every once in awhile and they always remember what I get even when it's been a long time, even if food isn't that great I'll go back for service if it's good. But the service is good the food is good overall I would rate this restaurant very very highly.

Service was lacking. Staff were so focused on getting platters ready it didn't seem they had time to spare for customers already in line. I plan on going to a different location next time or go to Jimmy Johns.

Went to the Subway by the hospital after movie with granddaughter. We were the only customers at this later hour. It was clean, quiet and our sandwiches were amazing. Grand found her favorite cookie in stock... Raspberry cheesecake. Sandwich maker was very nice.

Took nearly an hour for me to receive a sandwich and cookie. When I got it it wasn’t what I ordered and I didn’t get my chocolate chip cookie. Big slap in the face!!
